How is complete confidentiality protected?

Discretion is the absolute foundation of our practice. We never maintain public listings, searchable online directories, or social media profile postings. Your family's personal details, professional credentials, and photographs are held in strict confidence and are only shared with prospective matches after direct mutual permission, once both families have been personally checked and mutual interest is confirmed.

Is the first conversation free?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Talking to us by phone, on WhatsApp or through the contact form is always free. It is an unhurried, private conversation where we listen to your family's values, background and expectations and explain clearly how we work. You do not need to send a profile or photographs, and there is no obligation to commit.

Question 4

How do I book a personal meeting with Raheela, and what does it cost?

Accepted Answer

A personal, one-to-one meeting with Raheela costs PKR 10,000. You pay by bank transfer to the account shown on the meeting page, then upload your payment receipt with a few details. Once the payment is verified, we share your meeting time with you on WhatsApp. Personal meetings are held in Lahore and are recommended for families who live in Lahore. A meeting is optional: you do not need one to work with us, and you can always talk to us for free by phone or WhatsApp. The meeting fee is non-refundable and separate from any package.

What packages do you offer and what do they cost?

We offer packages by where your family lives and where you are open to proposals from: 01 Pakistan, 02 Pakistan & Overseas, 03 Living Abroad, and 04 Exclusive, which is discussed privately. Each priced package can be handled by our team or personally by Raheela. Advance payments are: Package 01, Pakistan: PKR 50,000 advance when managed by our team, or PKR 75,000 when Raheela manages your search personally; Package 02, Pakistan & Overseas: PKR 100,000 advance when managed by our team, or PKR 150,000 when Raheela manages your search personally; Package 03, Living Abroad: PKR 150,000 advance when managed by our team, or PKR 200,000 when Raheela manages your search personally. Question 6

Is the advance refundable, and when is the rest due?

The advance is non-refundable and begins your search. The second payment is due only once a rishta is finalized; nothing further is due before then.

Question 7

Which package should I choose?

Accepted Answer

Choose by where your family lives and where you are open to proposals from: Package 01 for proposals within Pakistan, 02 for Pakistan and overseas, or 03 if you live abroad and are open to proposals from anywhere, in Pakistan or any other country. If none of these fits, ask us about the Exclusive package. You can also select the package you are leaning towards when you apply, and we will go through it with you.

How many profiles will I receive, and for how long?

Accepted Answer

Every package runs for 6 months, and each month we send you 6 to 8 profiles. We send fewer profiles, chosen as the strongest fits for you, rather than long lists.

What is the difference between being managed by your team and by Raheela?

Accepted Answer

Only who handles your search. In one, our matchmaking team manages it. In the other, Raheela manages it herself, from start to finish. The duration and the number of profiles are the same, and the fee is higher when Raheela manages your search personally.

How do I pay the advance?

Accepted Answer

By bank transfer to the account shown on our Packages page, in the name of Raheela Khurram. Please pay only to that account, and send the receipt to us on WhatsApp so we can confirm your payment. If anyone gives you different account details, check with us before you pay.

Do you help divorced, widowed, or later marriages?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Alongside first marriages, we help divorced men and women, widows and widowers, and those who have waited longer to marry. Every search is handled with the same dignity, confidentiality, and discretion, and matched on maturity, life goals, and compatibility.

How are families and candidates verified?

Accepted Answer

Every candidate and family in our circle is personally checked and verified by our consultant. We verify educational qualifications, professional backgrounds, and family references to guarantee authenticity and mutual trust. We do not accept unverified submissions, ensuring complete peace of mind for every family we represent.

Do you handle overseas matches?

Accepted Answer

Yes. A significant portion of our private network comprises overseas Pakistani professionals, doctors, entrepreneurs, and esteemed families residing around the world, from the United Kingdom, United States, Canada and the United Arab Emirates to Europe, Australia and beyond. We accommodate international time zones for private video consultations and coordinate cross-border family introductions with utmost care. Package 02 and Package 03 are designed for these searches.

Question 14

What do I need to submit a profile?

Accepted Answer

The profile form takes a few minutes: basic details, family background, partner preferences, and at least one clear photograph of the candidate. Photographs are sent privately and never shown publicly. If you would rather talk first, you can book a consultation without sharing a profile or photos.
